Location: TONBRIDGE, KENT

only applicants within KENT will be considered for this role

Hours: 2 hours per day (14 hours per week)

Days: 7 days per week

Salary: 11.44 per hour (will increase with NMW)

Duration: Permanent role

CC Cousins are currently looking for a reliable, positive, and conscientious External Cleaner for a static site in Tonbridge (Tonbridge Retail Park). The individual will be assisting the upkeep of all external areas, including litter picking and changing of bins, to ensure the area remain clean and tidy on a daily basis for retail visitors.

We are contracted to complete a thorough 2-hour litter pick and clean every day of the week; however, you get to choose what hours you work. 

PPE and Tools will be provided to the commercial cleaner. 

Role Includes but not limited to:

• Thoroughly litter picking throughout the area daily


• Changing bins daily and ensuring bins are clean.


• Undertaking a visual inspection of the premises for any remaining waste.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in a similar role 


• Able to manage time


• Able to get to location - Tonbridge Retail Park on a daily basis

Qualifications

• Commercial cleaning experience (Advantageous)


• Janitorial experience preferred (Advantageous)


• Ability to work independently and efficiently


• Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks


• Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment


• Strong work ethic and reliability
