External Site Manager – Immediate Start – South East London

We’re working with a leading main contractor delivering an architecturally impressive mixed-use scheme in South East London. With over 130 new homes and commercial space taking shape, this is a standout project in a rapidly evolving area.

They’re now looking for an External Site Manager to join the team immediately, with a focus on managing the external packages as the scheme moves into key stages of envelope and landscaping.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee external works, including cladding, roofing, plant decks, and landscaping


• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality finishes


• Monitor progress, manage site logistics, and uphold health & safety standards


• Work closely with the wider site team to drive programme and resolve issues on site


• Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders

Required:

• Proven experience managing external packages on residential schemes


• Strong background in cladding is essential


• Confident overseeing roofing and plant deck installations, with a good eye for detail


• Experience managing landscaping works on multi-unit developments is a bonus


• SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications


• Available to start immediately
