External Supply Manager

Walker Cole International is searching for External Supply Manager to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing business in Bedfordshire.�

Your responsibilities as an External Supply Manager will be:�

• Work with external partners on Formulation and Manufacturing of Oral Solid Dose and Topical drug products�


• Be the technical point of contact for external CDMOs for all queries�


• Collaborate with the wider Purchasing and Supply team to optimise cost, relationship, and performance value across the entire supplier base.


• Develop and own supplier KPIs, evaluating quality, OTIF, pricing and customer service.


• As the External Supply Manager, you will support the Business Development function in developing external relationships.

To be a successful candidate for the External Supply Manager role:

• BSc/MSc in relevant subject (Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science)


• Proven experience in managing third party pharmaceutical manufacturing organisations


• Industry experience in the Formulation or Manufacturing
