EYFS Nursery Manager
Are you an experienced nursery manager or a deputy manager looking to step up?

As a nursery manager you will oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements while fostering a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children. Your role will also include staff management, curriculum development, and liaising with parents to maintain strong relationships and a high standard of care.
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000
Location: Leicester, LE5
Hours: Full time
Key responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring efficiency and adherence to all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Lead recruitment efforts to attract talented and passionate staff members.
Mentor and manage a team of early childhood educators, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
Ensure the nursery offers a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children.
Develop and oversee a dynamic curriculum tailored to early childhood development best practices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, addressing concerns and celebrating milestones.
Stay updated on industry standards and regulations, implementing necessary changes to maintain compliance.
To be considered for this role:
You must have -
Proven experience in a managerial role within a nursery or early childhood education setting.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Strong knowledge of early childhood development and education best practices.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards.
Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
Relevant certifications in early childhood education or child development.
