About the Role:

An Outstanding Independent School in Brent, London is seeking a dedicated and experienced EYFS Practitioner to join their Early Years team from April 2025. As an EYFS Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in the early education of young children, supporting their development and creating an engaging and safe learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality learning activities in line with the EYFS curriculum.
  • Support the emotional, social, and cognitive development of young children.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Monitor and record children's progress, ensuring they meet developmental milestones.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, updating them on their child's development.
  • Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, adhering to safeguarding procedures.

Requirements:

  • Level 3-6 childcare qualification or equivalent is essential.
  • Experience working with young children in an EYFS setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and early years development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for creating engaging, inclusive learning experiences for young children.
