The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience teaching in Early Years

Excellent understanding of early learning goals

Strong behaviour management skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and staff

Positive, proactive attitude with a good sense of humour

Flexible and approachable

Qualifications Required: Experience teaching in Primary Schools

Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

Passionate about primary education and pupil progress

Adaptable teaching style to accommodate different learning needs

Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment

Strong behaviour management skills
