About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant Primary School in Cheadle. The successful candidate will provide support to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), helping them thrive in their early education.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting EYFS children in their day-to-day learning
Delivering targeted interventions to help improve progress
Leading small group sessions to support learning and development
Working collaboratively with the class teacher and other staff members
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupilsRequirements:
Experience working with young children, particularly in an EYFS setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A proactive and compassionate approach to supporting children's learning
