Position: Teaching Assistant (EYFS)

A wonderful opportunity has become available at a friendly and supportive primary school in Romiley, Stockport. The school is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Classroom Support: Assist the class teacher with daily lesson activities and classroom management.
• 1:1 and Group Support: Provide tailored support to individual students or small groups as needed.
• Child Development: Engage in activities that support early childhood learning and development.
• Positive Learning Environment: Help create a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in EYFS, is desirable.
• Skills: Excellent communication, patience, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
• Attitude: A positive, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting young learners.
