About the Role
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in our Reception class, you will:
Provide dedicated support to a child with additional needs, helping them engage with the curriculum and build their social and emotional skills.
Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored learning strategies.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere that encourages the childs confidence and independence.
Track progress and maintain effective communication with staff and parents.

About You:
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working with children in a primary school setting, particularly in Early Years.
Is patient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
Possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.
Works well as part of a team, building strong relationships with colleagues and families.
Holds a relevant qualification, such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
