Part-Time SEN Teaching Assistant (EYFS)

Days: 3 days per week
Aspire People are excited to partner with a small, dedicated SEND school to recruit an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing environment supporting EYFS pupils with their play, learning, and development.
The Role:
As a part-time SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Work closely with EYFS pupils, tailoring support to their individual needs.
- Assist in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage the development of key skills through play-based and structured activities.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and other professionals to deliver tailored interventions.

- Previous experience working with SEND pupils, particularly in the EYFS age group.
- A patient, understanding, and compassionate approach to working with children.
