\nHours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 3:30
\nSalary: £100 - £110 per day
\nStart date: After Easter half term, trial day ASAP
\nMonarch education, part of affinity workforce, are working closely with a two form entry primary school in Shirley, Solihull who are looking for an experienced teaching assistant to join their EYFS team for the whole of the summer term, potential to extend to the next academic year too, this is a full time role, Monday - Friday.
\nThe role will be within their reception class, working with all children but giving extra attention to the children who are currently behind in their phonics and reading. You will NEED to have experience with little wandle phonics scheme and be confident to teach interventions.
\nThe perfect candidate must be a positive and passionate individual, willing to motivate and inspire the younger generation, always going the extra mile and being committed to their wellbeing and development. You will need to be flexible to the needs of the children and have a good understanding of child development and the learning process of children with SEN needs.
