EYFS SEND Teaching Assistant
This is an exciting opportunity to work as an EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant with a small class of pupils with SEN needs, behavioural difficulties, and other complex needs. Justteachers are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a school in Boston starting ASAP
Key responsibilities:
Supporting children in class with behavioural difficulties and SEN needs
Liaising with the teacher to stay updated with student progress
Providing 1:1 intervention support or general support
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
The right candidate will have the following:
Relevant qualifications
Proven experience supporting children or young adults
Strong knowledge of Special Educational Needs
Two education or school-based references
Must have Legal Right to Work in the United Kingdom
Must have a current clear and enhanced DBS on the update service.
The ability to support teaching and learning within a special needs environment
An empathic approach to behaviour management
