About the position
Responsible for managing all F&B outlets to the highest standards
Report to the Operations Manager
Oversee daily auditing of F&B standards
Drive staff training to the highest level
Work closely with all departments to ensure the best results are met
The successful candidate
Will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a F&B Manager
A strong understanding of operations
A high level of customer service
Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
Strong knowledge and a passion for food and drink
Be a team player
