Salary: �37,000

Our client is currently recruiting a Fabric Technician/ Handyperson to join their team with the view to start on 01/04#####5. The purpose of this role is to support the Facilities Department with all aspects of Facilities Management including Maintenance & Repairs.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8am - 5pm.

Duties:

• Carry out property maintenance and repair works logged to ensure our targets are achieved.
• Ensure buildings and services are maintained in a good state of repair.
• Support the Facilities team to ensure all key performance targets are delivered for the Health and Safety monitoring schedule.
• Health and Safety Knowledge
• Support our appointed Security Company with the implementation of all site security, providing a back-up support where necessary.

Experience/ Qualifications Required:

• Multi Skilled across a variety of trades (basic electrical, basic plumbing, decorating, carpentry, general maintenance and repairs)
• Health & Safety knowledge
• No criminal record
