Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a�Fabric�Engineer�to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.



We are looking for a�Fabric�Engineer�who wants to work in a diverse role�where no two days are the same.



As the�Fabric�Engineer,�you will�provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.



The�Fabric�Engineer,�will be responsible for:




  • Delivering a building fabric service such as minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, and patch repairs.�

  • Working in the building services sector, or similar, with basic electrical and/or plumbing skills as you will be carrying out fabric repairs.�

  • Working on manual handling.

  • Working at heights and in confined spaces.�

  • Keeping�clients updated with any developments, recording all activities, remedial works, inspection logs etc.

  • Ensuring a high level of customer service.



To be successful for this�Fabric�Engineer role you must have:




  • Qualified to either Level 2/3 City and Guilds.�

  • Background in facilities management, a trade scheme or served experience.�

  • Good verbal and written communication.

  • Comfortable working with IT to record your tasks and updates.
