Fabric Engineer

Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for a Fabric Engineer to join a leading FM provider. The contract you will be assigned to is a hospital in Surrey.

About the role of the Fabric Engineer:

• Respond to Building fabric and grounds emergency repairs as needed and assisting colleagues and the team where required.
• Preventative maintenance tasks on the below
• Doors and handles
• Lights and locks
• Grounds maintenance
• Floor and painting
• Fire alarm testing

Experience need for the role of the Fabric Engineer:

• Ideally experiencing hospital maintenance
• C & G or NVQ in either carpentry/joinery, wet trades, floor and wall finishes, tiling, plastering, roofing and grounds or other

What we offer the Fabric Engineer:

• Hours of work - Monday-Friday: 8am - 5pm or 6am to 3pm

• 25 days AL
