Fabric Maintenance Supervisor / Manager | Epsom, Surrey / Mobile across Surrey & Sussex | �43 - 50K dependant on experience.



Are you experienced within Fabric Maintenance across commercial environments (ie, plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, refurbishments etc)? Do you have experience in a supervisory / management position? Are you looking for a well paid role based in Surrey, over-seeing a portfolio across Sussex?

Due to the win of a new contract, we are actively recruiting for a Fabric Maintenance Supervisor / Contract Manager to lead a team of Fabric Engineers / Multi Traders across a large pub contract.



Package, what is in it for you?




  • Attractive Basic Salary: Circa �43,000 - �50,000 (experience/skillset dependant)

Duties:




  • Managing a team of fabric maintenance engineers / multi traders.

  • Providing technical support to hands on / technical staff

  • Assisting with the office scheduling team.

  • Prioritising works based on urgency.

  • Estimating / Quoting planned project works and emergency project works.

  • Liaising closely with the client / site contacts.

  • Ensuring full compliance and health and safety is adhered to across the contract.

  • Ensuring all paperwork is up to date, engineers are logging in/out of jobs on time and providing detailed, accurate job notes.



Requirements:




  • City and Guilds Level 2 trade qualification is expected in a trade, ie: Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting and Decorating etc.

  • Must have experience within a similar position across building fabric maintenance/project works.

  • Experience as a Lead Engineer / Supervisor / Contract Manager previously.

  • Experience working across fast paced, reactive environments is a large benefit.

  • Knowledge of commercial building works compliance is a large benefit.

  • Able to legally work and drive in the UK.
