Job Title: Fabric Technician

Location: Surrounding London Areas

Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

Contract: Permanent, Full time

Main Duties:

Completing PPM's

Painting and Decorating

Carpentry & Tiling

Site walk around looking for reactive maintenance

Fixing & replacing locks

Hanging Doors, Fixing and replacing hinges

Qualifications Needed:

Experience within building services maintenance
