This role will involve working in various Co-Op stores across Sheffield and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and reactive maintenance tasks, focusing on joinery and general building fabric repairs.


• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards.


• Collaborate with other maintenance professionals to deliver comprehensive facilities services.


• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.


• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.


• Travel between Co-Op stores in Sheffield and surrounding areas to complete maintenance tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in facilities management, with joinery as the primary trade.


• Demonstrated stability in previous roles, indicating reliability and commitment.


• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Valid UK driving license.
