Fabricator/Welder

Proactive Personnel Ltd are recruiting experienced Fabricator/Welders for our prestigious clients based in ST3, who are a leading industrial manufacturing company who are dedicated to manufacturing high-quality bespoke industrial furnaces & kilns.

You will be joining a dedicated welding/fabrication department to produce high-quality parts for a variety of bespoke industrial tunnel, roller and lab kilns to rotary hearth and lift off furnaces etc.

• Permanent, Full-time Position


• Day shift, Mon-Fri: 7:30am - 4:00pm

What you'll need to succeed!

• Must have proven experience as a fabricator - (Minimum 3 years).


• Proven experience within MIG welding is essential - (Minimum 3 years).


• Must be able to fabricate and weld carbon steel parts.


• Ability to read and work from detailed engineering drawings.


• Must be able to use own initiative and work well under pressure.
