Fabricator

Fabricator, Hamilton, £16.38 per hour DOE, Weekly Pay + Overtime Paid at x1.5!

Fabricator required to work for a manufacturing facility based in Hamilton. The Fabricator will be interpreting engineering drawings and completing fabrication tasks.

The Fabricator will receive:

• Competitive pay of up to £16.38 per hour, overtime paid at £24.57 per hour.


• Temporary contract of 8 weeks with extension.


• Unlimited overtime availability at enhanced rate of x1.5.


• Shifts: Monday to Thursday 07:00-16:00, Fridays off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricating stock components and general fabrication tasks.


• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.


• Maintaining a safe and organised working environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a heavy engineering or industrial environment.


• Proficiency in metal fabrication techniques including cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components.


• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.


• Experience operating bandsaw and guillotine.
