T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a skilled Fabricator to join our client in Tamworth on a permanent basis.
Our client is a market leading engineering company who supply bespoke machinery to a variety of industries including manufacturing and distribution.
As a fabricator, you will be responsible for producing high quality products. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly team who invest in your development and offer a great working environment.
Fabricator Job Benefits:
Monday to Friday
£15 per hour
Core working hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm but candidates are welcome to work 7:00am to 5:30pm for additional paid overtime
Additional overtime on Saturdays paid at 1.5
28 days holiday including bank holidays

Fabricator Job Responsibilities:
MIG and TIG Welding of stainless steel and aluminium
Working from technical drawings
Cutting and preparing materials
Working on the laser machine
Completing high quality fabrication work within a workshop environment
Ensuring quality and accuracy of fabrication work
Following health and safety procedures
Fabricator Person Specification:
Hold a relevant qualification within fabrication and welding
Ability to interpret and follow engineering drawings
Ability to work within a team or with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Adaptable in approach
Willingness to learn
