Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Facade Manager to join our team on a prestigious 2-3 year mixed-use development project in Shoreham. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing the installation of fibre cement cladding boards and coordinating specialist trades within the block. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a large-scale project valued close to £120m.

Key Responsibilities for the Facade Site Manager:

• Oversee the installation and management of fibre cement cladding systems and coloured roof tiles across the project. 

• Supervise and manage subcontractors and specialist trades on-site, ensuring quality, cost, and safety standards are met.

• Liaise directly with the Senior Project Manager, providing regular updates and managing progress reports.

• Ensure all health and safety protocols are rigorously adhered to, with a strong emphasis on maintaining a safe working environment.

• Coordinate logistics and scheduling to ensure smooth integration of facade works with other aspects of the project.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the facade installation or subcontractor performance.

Key Requirements for the Facade Site Manager:

• Proven experience as a Facade Manager, ideally on large-scale mixed-use projects up to £250m.

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with fibre cement cladding boards.

• Strong background in managing both main contractors and subcontractors on complex construction projects.

• Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and their practical application on-site.

• Experience working on high-rise, multi-use or commercial projects preferred.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive teams and collaborate with various stakeholders.
