Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:00 and Friday 08:30-16:30 Some weekend working required
Salary: £45,000 per annum, plus 22 days rising holiday, pension, life assurance, employee assistance programme, wellbeing support, and flexible benefits scheme

As a Facilities and Maintenance Team Leader you will lead a team of 5, overseeing daily and weekly maintenance. Youll assist with service contract providers, and manage the cost and execution of small projects.

As part of your key responsibilities youll:
Allocate department workload between team Plant Engineers, ensuring compliance with statutory and legislative requirements
Ensure workshop facilities are kept clean/tidy in accordance with departmental standards
Undertake audits within agreed timescales for workplace and H & S standards.
Liaise with external service providers ensuring best price and quality requirements for additional works not undertaken by plant team
Ensure all works are completed within agreed KPIs & SLAs.
Provide leadership support to your team maintaining effective team working.
Monitor and organise staff training to maintain multiskilling/new technology (digital) requirements

About You

Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced working environment with excellent organisational skills
Experience leading and motivating a team
Experience work to and achieving targets and timescales
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
Budgetary understanding
Knowledge of engineering services (preferred not essential)
18th edition knowledge/experience (preferred not essential)
Computer literate
