We are recruiting a Facilities Assistant to support the Facilities Manager over three sites which fall under the responsibility of the Cathedral Parish.





This role keeps our facilities running like a well-oiled machine!





The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of facilities by supporting the Facilities Manager in managing security, maintenance, and safety tasks.





This includes overseeing site security, coordinating with contractors, performing routine inspections, managing utilities, and maintaining safety records.





The role also involves assisting with ground maintenance, hospitality, and some administrative tasks, as well as ensuring the upkeep of supplies and domestic routines.





If you have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, some facilities, maintenance or caretaking experience and enjoy a varied and dynamic role with a bit of everything, this is for you!





Hours: 16 hours per week at �12.64 per hour

Location: Based at Cathedral House with duties at St. Joseph's Church, Devonport and Christ the King Church, Armada Way, Plymouth
