We are recruiting for a�Facilities Assistant to join our client on a 3 month temporary contract from May until end of July (no holiday must be taken during this period)



Hours of work: Monday to Saturday 7.30am-4.30pm (Must be able to work these 6 days per week)



We require someone with a proactive nature.




  • Must have experience in a similar facilities position.

  • Experience of carrying out minor building repairs such as plumbing and basic electrics

  • Liaise with any contractors

  • Painting and decorating skills

  • Able to carry out manual handling duties such as moving furniture if/when needed

  • Handling the recycling duties for the building

  • Ability to look after the car park which may include communicating with people to move cars if not in correct space.
