We have an exciting opening for an experienced Facilities Assistant to join a well-established Facilities company based in East Croydon. This dynamic company is known for delivering top-tier maintenance services on one of the area’s leading contracts, and they are committed to providing an exceptional level of service.
We’re looking for someone with a proven background in Facilities Management who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As the successful candidate, you’ll be responsible for a range of key tasks, including managing the helpdesk, handling day-to-day administrative duties.

Hours/details:\n- Monday to Friday
\n- 8am to 5pm
\n- 1 day working from home (either Monday or Friday)
\n- Temp to Perm
\n- Up to £38,000 per annum
\n
Important – Must have previous experience working in the role above and be able to start immediately.
Responsibilities & Duties:\n- Receive and return phone calls in support of facilities function to ensure all activities are managed in a professional manner.
\n- Check and maintain FM Helpdesk Inbox
\n- Schedule reactive and help desk call outs.
\n- Responsible for arranging contractors to site
\n- Setting up meeting rooms for visitors
\n- Organising daily reports
\n- Process purchase orders and invoices Issuing and closing planned and reactive maintenance visits Inputting data
\n- Support the Office & Contract Managers in the administration & delivery of departmental objectives
\n- Attending to queries should they arise
\n- General administration support
\n- Chasing and liaison daily
\n- Organisation of day-to-day work to ensure that all key tasks are fulfilled

Requirements:\n- Must previous experience dealing with clients
\n- Experience in FM
\n- General Administration
\n- CAFM knowledge
