Job Description Facilities Coordinator | Elton | Permanent | £39,000 - £41,000
As Facilities Coordinator, you'll be experienced in the delivery of facilities services for a complex site, you will have the ability to manage operational CAPEX budgets and be competent to work to deadlines meeting and exceeding expectations. You'll have exceptional communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and disciplines.
The Key Requirements
Experience in delivery of facilities services within a complex site
Proven ability to manage FM projects across multiple disciplines and technical services within an FM function
Proven ability to plan and manage contractors providing a broad range of services
Experienced in operating a secure site
Experience of working in a food environment, BRC/ISO/HACCP is an advantage
