Job Description Facilities Coordinator
Immediate start
£26,000Warrington Coordinate and oversee all facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations
Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility services
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and security standards
Develop and implement facility policies and procedures
Assist with space planning and office moves
Handle emergency situations and ensure business continuity
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facilities management
Requirements: Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software
