Facilities Engineer

Catch 22 is working with one of the UK's top Facilities Management Contractors who is seeking to appoint an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer with suitable qualifications and experience in a similar role to cover healthcare establishments across the North East.   

             

The successful Air Conditioning Engineer will have the following:

• Knowledge of PPM's and reactive maintenance.
• Knowledge of building services, i.e.: CWS systems, Fan coil Units, fire alarm systems (for testing purposes), AHU's, boilers first fix etc
• A reasonable level of experience in an FM or building services maintenance position is essential.

• F-Gas qualification essential

• A Full driving license.
• A pro-active attitude and excellent communication skills including verbal and the written word.
• The ability to form relationships with clients and to exceed customer expectation.
• Approachable demeanour and a demonstrable commitment to team working.
• A commitment to continuing professional development.
• Willing to partake in all building services disciplines including plumbing and fabric works.

The benefits for the successful Air Conditioning Engineer:

• Salary around £38,000 depending on experience
• 28 Days holidays including bank holidays.
• Permanent - 40 hours, flexible working hours
• Opportunities for overtime and additional payment through on call rota.
