⭐Your Role:
Hit the road and bring your expertise to multiple locations, performing essential Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and responding to reactive maintenance needs, ensuring clients enjoy a seamless FM service delivery.
⭐What You'll Do:
Tackle PPM and reactive maintenance in commercial settings, always meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults, restoring equipment and systems to peak performance.
Be a trusted representative for clients—managing sub-contractors, ensuring professionalism, and quickly resolving concerns.
Keep organised with up-to-date paperwork submitted weekly.
⭐Your Profile:
Qualifications: City & Guilds/SVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering, 18th Edition (BS7671).
Experience: Previous FM experience and a strong grasp of PPM/reactive maintenance in commercial environments.
