What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Planned & Reactive Maintenance – Keep mechanical systems running smoothly in commercial environments, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
Problem Solving – Diagnose and resolve plumbing/ heating/ mechanical issues efficiently, minimising downtime and keeping clients happy.
Client-Facing Role – Represent a world-class FM provider, delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships.
Organised & Efficient – Keep paperwork updated and submit reports weekly to stay compliant.
