Our client in Milton Keynes is looking for a permanent Facilities SHEQ Advisor to take ownership of all facilities and site services. �Due to the nature of this role, the ideal candidate must have previous experience of Facilities and Health & Safety (Min 2 years) within a Distribution/Warehouse environment.� NEBOSH, ISO 9001, desirable ISO 14001.
Duties:
- Develop and implement comprehensive facility management policies and procedures.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental standards.�
- Maintaining all H & S files and fire safety documentation.
- Investigating H & S accidents, incidents, customer complaints etc.
- Plan and manage facility projects.
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Implement and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
To qualify for this job, you will need to have the following experience:
- NEBOSH - Managing Safely
- Fire Marshall & Fire�Safety
- COSHH Assessment
