Facilities Helpdesk Planner Glasgow up to £26,500
CBW has an exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Glasgow. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Facilities Management with an administration / helpdesk role. Your duties will include all aspects of helpdesk, day to day administration tasks, working closely with the Helpdesk Manager chasing

Key duties & Responsibilities: The role involves all aspects of Contract support and Helpdesk duties including planning works.
\n- Receive and return phone calls in support of facilities function to ensure all activities are managed in a professional manner.
\n- Check and maintain FM Helpdesk Inbox
\n- Schedule reactive and help desk call outs.
\n- To review jobs received during the working day and allocate accordingly to engineers.
\n- Process purchase orders and invoices Issuing and closing planned and reactive maintenance visits inputting data
\n- Support the Office & Contract Managers in the administration & delivery of departmental objectives
\n- Attending to queries should they arise
\n- General administration support
\n- Raising Corrective maintenance tasks following on from PPM completed tasks
\n- Organisation of day-to-day work to ensure that all key tasks are fulfilled
\n- Requirements:
\n- Previous Facilities & Maintenance Helpdesk experience would be ideal
\n- Excellent and professional telephone manner
\n- Excellent customer service skills
\n- Time Management
\n- The capacity to think ahead, plan and prioritise own workload
\n- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
\n- Computer literacy
\n- The ability to work as part of a team
\n- Work safely in accordance with the company's current health and safety policy and procedures.
