Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm
Manpower is recruiting a Facilities Maintenance Technician for a well-established company in Essex. Reporting to the Health, Safety and Facilities Manager, you'll ensure the maintenance of all production and facility equipment to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Regular maintenance of production equipment and facilities
Inspecting and troubleshooting machinery, HVAC systems, and more
Completing repairs and managing heating/plumbing systems
Developing preventative maintenance procedures
Conducting quality checks and managing maintenance budgets
Requirements:
Knowledge of building maintenance and repairs
Strong analytical skills and safety awareness
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience in repairing machines including Injection and Chiller machine,
Familiar with Air Compressor, Cooling Tower, Air Conditioner, the use of Hydraulic and Pneumatic elements, fire-control etc.
