Facilities Maintenance Technician

Are you a skilled and dedicated maintenance professional looking for a rewarding role?
We're seeking a motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of �18 and a standard 9-6 working week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently
• Perform preventative maintenance checks on building systems and equipment
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and identify areas for improvement
• Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of facilities
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Enhanced DBS check
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance
• Strong understanding of building maintenance practices
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects
