Facilities Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Facilities operative to work within SW11 on a ongoing basis which can lead to perm.

Working hours: Tuesday-Friday 07:15am-1600pm Saturday 0700am-1700pm (Sunday Monday off) Including meal breaks. Working hours will be flexible working outside of term time and will be required to work Monday-Friday

Salary- £27,352 plus overtime

Key responsibilities,

• Keyholder responsibilities
• Swimming pool operations, security personnel
• Monitoring all water,L8/legionella controls and records, undertaking temperature checks and flushing procedures
• Assisting room set ups
• Delivery of mail, stationary and other materials
• Risk assessments and procedures to reduce risk
• Maintain accurate records, using computer

Qualifications/Knowledge,

• HSE qualification
• Knowledge of facilities and maintenance
• First aid certificate

Enhanced DBS check or willing to be put through one.
