PROJECT MANAGER (6 MONTH FTC)Location: Near Liverpool Street, LondonHours of work: 40 hours per weekContract Type: Initial 6 Month Fixed Term Contract (with the possibility of Temp to Perm) (Competitive Salary + Pension, Private Healthcare, Life Assurance & 25 days annual leave)We are seeking a Project Manager to come in and work on one a client’s contract, operating within Central London and covering the international (EMEA & APAC) portfolio.Job DescriptionIn this role, you will play a crucial role in delivering a wide range of projects across the international portfolio - including Capital Works, Fit Outs, Minor Works, Transitional and Transformation, Innovation and Improvement and Moves and Changes (MAC).You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of various projects, working closely with ISS teams, tier one suppliers, and in-country delivery teams.This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional with a passion for service excellence and project management. So, we invite you to join us and be part of our dynamic team, driving innovation and delivering exceptional projects that empower our customers and uphold our commitment to service excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with the real estate team to input into the site strategy, make recommendations, provide high level budgets, programme, risks, layout drawings etcSource local vendors for project delivery, including RFP preparation for TDD survey, PM, QS, CA, H&S, and DB contractorsWork with the internal team to bring the end-to-end project together, including IT, Security, Health & Safety, Operations, Finance, LegalPrepare presentations for decision making by corporate leads & local stakeholdersBe aware of industry standards practices and legal contracts, including JCT & FIDICTake full responsibility for delivery, reporting, organisation and management of Projects as part of the Project Management Office (PMO) functionManage Supply partners across the full range of Project Delivery assigned to the PMO functionProvide timely, accurate and regular progress reports on the full breadth of projects being managed through the PMO functionAbout YouProject Manager preferably with experience of Capital Works, Fit Outs, Minor Works, Transitional and Transformation, Innovation and Improvement, and Moves and Changes (MAC).Experience of working in the International Financial Services SectorExperience in Program Management, Project Execution, Risk Management and General Real Estate Activities within an Integrated FM environmentPrevious experience of managing a project budgetKnowledge of key operational procedures, e.g., project road maps, planned maintenance systems, Quality and Health & Safety.Demonstrable experience of operating at Senior Manager Level within the building maintenance industry (preferably in banking sector / corporate environments / commercial offices)Degree Qualified or job holder to be educated to at least HNC, NVQ level 4 or equivalentCAD certification/qualification and/or awareness (desirable)The CompanyISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
