Facilities Supervisor

Job title: Facilities Supervisor / Mobile Cleaner

Location: 10 sites across South or West Yorkshire

Length: 3 months contract to permanent

Work hour: Flexible working hours between the hours of 05:30 to 19:00 Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week

Pay Rate: �26.000 or �13.55/hour PAYE

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking a Facilities Supervisor/Mobile Cleaner on behalf of a well established Facilities Management company on a 3 months contract to permanent

In this role you will be responsible for supervising our cleaning teams to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and customer service is maintained across our large-scale government contract. Some of the other duties will include but are not limited to:

  Perform regular cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.

  Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.

  
  


• 
  

  Empty trash cans and replace liners.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing cleaning or maintenance.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.

  
  


• 
  

  Report major repair needs to the appropriate personnel.

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff.

  
  


• 
  

  Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to ensure all areas are maintained.

  
  


• 
  

  Train new cleaning staff on procedures and safety protocols.

  
  

Requirements for this position:�

  Previous Cleaning experience

  Cleaning Management

  Managing multiple sites

  Managing Soft Services (waste, pest, cleaning and horticultural)
