Connect Appointments are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Service Team Leader to join our client's team, working across two locations in Edinburgh and Bonnyrigg.

As a Site Service Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the Site Service Team to maintain high hygiene and safety standards
• Managing resources and forward planning to ensure effective hygiene practices
• Supporting production and engineering functions, particularly with line start-up and maintenance tasks
• Training and developing team members in health, safety, and hygiene procedures
• Ensuring compliance with quality management and safety systems
• Facilitating customer audits and documentation, and ensuring records are accurate and accessible

To be successful you'll ideally have the following skills and experience:

• IOSH Managing Safely, Level 3 Food Safety, and COSHH Assessment Training
• Experience in team leadership and excellent planning abilities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive approach with problem-solving capabilities and flexibility
