Factory Compounder

Our clients based in Ware have a new opportunity for a Factory compounder.
As a compounder you will be required to support the factory compounding team ensuring both volume and productivity levels are met. Attention to accuracy of measurements as required and meeting customers deadlines. This is a fixed term 6 month contract and the shift pattern rotates weekly between 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm
Main duties as Factory Compounder include:
To manufacture Fragrance batches in an accurate, safe, tidy and timely manner
To replenish stocks/supplies when required
Fill finished batches into final pack when required
To take a role in continuous improvement of processes

Essential requirements as Factory Compounder include:
5 years compounding or dispensary experience
Chemical material handling experience
Forklift /Counter balance current license
Accurate and well organised individual
Experience of working in a fast paced environment
An individual with a flexible approach
Ability to work on own initiative

This is a fixed term contract for 6 months.
Please also be aware that our clients require a minimum of 5 years reference history.
