This is your opportunity to join and business going through significant change following recent takeover and investment. It can offer you the potential opportunity to succeed the General Manager within a short time frame.

You’ll act as the right-hand person to the General Manager as you drive cultural and behavioural change in a business with so much promise. There are some quick wins to be had, but the main focus is long term, sustainable development and growth.

Now don’t get me wrong, it is a profitable business and has some fantastic people, however they could benefit from someone with a range of experience who can take it to the next level.

As Factory Manager, you will be responsible for all things production, warehousing and engineering.

Background

You’ll need a background as a Factory Manager / Head of Operations / Senior Operations Manager in the Food Manufacturing industry who is capable of stepping up into a Site Director / General Manager role in the next year or two.
