Factory Manager

Factory manager required, for my well established client based in Leicester
39 hours per week + overtime
The Factory Manager is responsible for the overall efficient and effective operation of the AC/DC winding manufacturing facility.

This role involves overseeing all aspects of production, including planning, scheduling, resource management, quality control, maintenance, and safety.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in AC/DC winding processes, and a proven track record of driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
1. Production Management:
Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines.
Monitor production output, efficiency, and quality, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Optimize production processes to minimize waste, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
Manage and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure smooth production flow.
Ensure adherence to production standards and specifications for all AC/DC winding products.
Implement and maintain a robust production tracking system.
2. Quality Control:
