Factory Operative

Are you looking for a guaranteed salary of over �30k? Are you happy to get your hands dirty and work in physically tough environments? We may have the role for you based in Brandon, Suffolk!
This large-scale manufacturer are looking for factory operatives to join their growing team as they continue to see demand increase for their goods.
This role offers a rewarding 47.5-hour workweek, running from 06:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday. With this schedule, candidates can enjoy the advantage of earning over �30k from day one!

Candidates starting from �12.50 will be guaranteed a pay increase after a successful 3-month probationary period!
Factory Operative Duties:

• Working in a busy and dirty environment
• Manual handling of heavy materials
• Assembling goods using different materials
• Maintain motivation to keep busy throughout the day
• Reporting to site managers

Candidates with on-the-tools experience would be beneficial however labouring or yard working experience will be considered too.
