Our client a children's residential provider is seeking an experienced Service Manager to run one of their residential family assessment centres based in Malvern, Worcestershire. Reporting, to the Deputy Director you will take overall responsibility for the assessment and support based in Malvern. You will effectively lead the staff team, and facilitate and empower staff contributions to team discussions, decision making, day to day work, and the development of the service.
