Key Responsibilities:
As a Family Law Solicitor, you will handle a range of family law matters, including but not limited to:
Divorce : Managing divorce proceedings from initiation to conclusion, ensuring clients are well-informed and supported throughout.
Property and Finances : Providing expert advice on financial settlements and property matters, working toward favorable outcomes for clients.
Children Issues : Representing clients in matters concerning child arrangements, including residence and contact.
Trusts of Land : Advising clients on property trusts and land-related issues.
