Role Overview:
As a Legal Support Assistant, you will become an integral part of the Legal Services Team, collaborating alongside a group of specialised professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-level support to our lawyers, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare initial appointment letters and facilitate their delivery to clients via email or traditional mail.
Utilise DocuSign for obtaining electronic signatures when necessary.
Assist in the efficient billing process.
Support court proceedings by filing applications and necessary documents with the court.
Produce court bundles to facilitate legal processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong self-management and initiative, with a commitment to maintaining a professional, efficient, and confidential demeanor.
Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented professional environment is preferred, though not required for the right candidate.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to navigate various IT platforms.
Excellent communication skills, with a good telephone manner.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
