Family Paralegal

We are proud to be representing our top legal client in their search for an experienced Paralegal to join their Family department in Edmonton on a permanent basis. This position offers hybrid working and the prospect for a training contract.�
Key duties to include managing a varied caseload of:�

• Enforcement proceedings.�


• Occupational orders.�


• Child arrangement orders.�


• NM orders.�


• Prohibited steps orders.�


• Interim supervision orders.�

The successful candidate will have:�

• A minimum of one year's previous experience as a family paralegal.�


• Strong experience with legal aid.�


• Completion of the LPC/SQE is desirable.�


• A strong work ethic and eager to learn.�


• A key player with great interpersonal skills.�

salary will be �25,000 - �30,000 dependent on experience.�
