Family Public Law Solicitor - Lancashire

The ideal candidate for this role will be 2+ years PQE with experience in public family law having managed a full caseload within this sector. The key responsibilities for such role will include: Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients Manage a full caseload within Public family law including both Care and Children matters. Providing advocacy on behalf of clients Liaising with and instructing counsel to represent clients.
