My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Solicitor with 2+ years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their dynamic team in Manchester. This role offers flexibility, with part-time hours available, and the option to work remotely for 1 day a week.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and cohabitation disputes.

• Provide high-quality legal advice to clients, ensuring clear communication and efficient service.
\n
• Conduct negotiations and represent clients in court when necessary.
\n
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive, team-focused environment.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years PQE in family law.
\n
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
\n
• Strong negotiation and advocacy abilities.

• Ability to manage time efficiently, whether working remotely or in-office.
